Is this only for competitors? Or can hobbyists join?

This is for all grappling sports athletes regardless of experience or motivation. If you want to spend more time on the mats doing what you love, this is for you.

What age is this appropriate for?

Practitioners ages 15 and up will benefit from this.

What do I need to bring?

Just wear comfortable athletic clothes you can move around in. A gi is optional if there's open mat afterwards!

What if I'm not a member of the gym hosting the seminar?

These seminars are open to all practitioners regardless of team affiliation. The goal is to help as many grapplers as possible!

What does it cost?

Seminars are FREE. However, you're welcome to donate if you feel the time spent and information learned were worthwhile!
